1454 W Victoria: Zoning Change Request Decision

Please review the following statement from Alderwoman Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth:

After careful consideration, I am supporting the zoning change request for 1454 W Victoria from RS-3 to RT-4. The applicants plan to build a 240-square-foot sunroom to replace the roof deck currently on top of and within the existing footprint of their garage at the rear of their single-family home. The applicants have done their due diligence in reaching out to their neighbors and their Block Club, as well as participating in our 48th ward zoning process, including meeting with our 48th ward Zoning Advisory Council (ZAC).
