Sip & Savor - 1070 W Bryn Mawr

Sip & Savor is a coffee shop with locations in neighborhoods throughout the city including Hyde Park, Bronzeville, and South Loop. In October 2023, they opened their Edgewater location right on the corner of Bryn Mawr and Winthrop and it’s become an instant neighborhood favorite.

All Meal Prep Kitchen & Cafe - 1100 W Bryn Mawr

All Meal Prep brought their Kitchen & Cafe to Bryn Mawr in February 2024. All Meal Prep started out as a Chicagoland meal prep delivery service and has since expanded to offer in person dining at Bryn Mawr and Winthrop with a breakfast, lunch, and beverage menu.

Dulce de Leche - 1127 W Bryn Mawr

Dulce de Leche celebrated the official grand opening of their Bryn Mawr location in early April 2024. This cafe right off the red line is their third in the city following their Albany and Horner park locations. While the cafe is known for its namesake Dulce de Leche coffee, they also have a wide latin-fusion breakfast menu.

Gold Scissors - 1064 W Bryn Mawr

True to its name, the new Gold Scissors salon on Bryn Mawr offers a luxurious hair care experience where clients sit in ornate chairs with gold-decaled capes. Clients are quick applaud the salon’s customer service and expert craftsmanship.

Blowfish - 1130 W Bryn Mawr

Blowfish Contemporary Sushi originally opened its doors in Edgewater in 2015; Executive Chefs Puje and Tuvshin Sukh have fused modern and traditional cooking techniques to create a menu that’s kept neighbors coming back for almost 10 years. In the last year, the restaurant has expanded into a larger storefront, sprucing up the historic Bryn Mawr architecture in the process.

State Senator Mike Simmons has an office on Bryn Mawr with a spectacular team of people ready to help you access any statewide resources you may need, including unemployment benefits.

48th Ward Office - 1129 W Bryn Mawr

We are proud to have opened the new 48th Ward office in the heart of the Bryn Mawr Historic District in June 2023, just around the corner from the old office. The old office at 5533 N Broadway is currently being remodeled by the Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) who is growing into that space from next door as they expand their services and reach. We’re proud to support TPAN as they grow their ability to provide vital testing, clinic services, and education.
