Construction Updates: April 24, 2024

Please be aware of the following upcoming construction projects:

• 5000 N Marine Dr. is getting an improved bus stop! Upgrades include a new bus pad, replacing the mainwalk, as well as overall upgrades to the bus stop's curb & gutter on the NW corner of Margate Terrace and Marine Dr.

• 907 W Argyle St is set to have sidewalk improvements alongside the strip. 

• 5050 N Kenmore is set to have sidewalk improvements alongside the strip

Alley Reconstruction on Hollywood, Bryn Mawr, Glenwood, & Wayne
This additional project began earlier this week. Due to the nature of the construction (sewer upgrades and excavation), neighbors will not have access to their alleys and subsequent garages for up to 5 weeks. CDOT has also informed the neighbors that during construction:

• Residential garage pickups will be curbside, so homeowners are asked to relocate their bins to the front of the property.

• Individuals with private refuse are advised to contact your service to make special arrangements for pickup.

• Barricades will block all entrances to the alley.

• Homeowners are advised to seek alternative parking.
