2nd Annual 48th Ward Halloween Decoration Contest

Submissions are open for this year's Halloween decor contest. Whether you're stringing up outdoor lights and props or creating a spooky indoor display, we want to see your decorations! To enter, post pictures of your decorations on Facebook, Instagram, or X and add the hashtag #48thSpookyDecor. Tag us (@the48thward everywhere) to make sure we see it!

Like the other posts under the hashtag. In a few weeks, we'll pull the favorites and put them to a vote in our October 31 newsletter. The winner will receive a gift card for local 48th Ward coffee shop, Loaves & Witches. Submissions close Sunday, October 27 at 11:59pm.
