GRANVILLE TRAFFIC SAFETY MEETING

  • When: Tuesday, October 15

  • Where: Misericordia (6300 N Ridge)

  • RSVP here

Granville is a traffic crash hot spot, ranking in the top 5-10% of traffic crashes on residential streets in Chicago. We're working with the 40th and 50th Wards on a traffic calming project would slow down vehicles, prevent injuries, and ultimately save lives. With a large number of both schools and older adults in the area, protecting our students and seniors is our top priority. We're encouraging neighbors to join us for an important community meeting to discuss traffic calming concepts on Granville on Tuesday, October 15 at 6pm at Misericordia.

We also share notices of events like these in our newsletter, on our social media accounts (@the48thward everywhere), and on our public calendar.

*Note: The first notice of this even in our September 19 newsletter included an incorrect address. The correct address for this event is 6300 N Ridge.
