The applicant is requesting a zoning change at 1449 W Devon to build a 5-story, mixed-use building with ground-floor commercial and homes, as well as homes on the upper floors. The lot currently has a vacant, one-story commercial structure.

The proposal includes 27 apartments including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom homes. Six of these homes would be affordable under the Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO).
