Ald. Manaa-Hoppenworth Cosponsors Ordinance to Give COPA Power to Investigate Welcoming City Ordinance Violations

Alderwoman Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth has signed on as a cosponsor of Ordinance O2025-0020004. The ordinance gives the Civlian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) the power to investigate reported violations of Chicago's Welcoming City Ordinance, including CPD officers collaborating with ICE agents.
