48th Ward Pothole Watch

Our director of neighborhood services Angel Rubi Navarijo will be driving the ward to look for potholes, but we can always use an extra set of eyes! Here's how you can help

It's pothole season! According to WBEZ Chicago, 311 complaints for potholes in streets in Edgewater tend to increase in November and December and spike between January and March. Our director of neighborhood services Angel Rubi Navarijo will be driving the ward to look for potholes, but we can always use an extra set of eyes! Here's how you can help:

  • Report potholes to 311: Dial 3-1-1 or submit a pothole in street/pothole in alley complaint through the 311 website or app.

  • Report potholes to our office using the service request form on our website.

Thanks for helping us improve transit safety in our community!
