Celebrating One Year of 211 Metro Chicago

Happy one-year anniversary of 211 Metro Chicago! On January 27, 2023, United Way launched 211 Metro Chicago in partnership with the City of Chicago and Cook County. One year later the 24/7 helpline has reached more than 115,000 Chicago and suburban Cook County residents through calls, texts, and webchats.

We are proud to be part of this impactful work connecting our neighbors with critical health and social services including employment resources, housing assistance, and access to food to name just a few. Read more in the press release.
