We're excited to announce the following street and alley resurfacing projects scheduled for 2025.

Streets:

  • Devon (Clark to Magnolia)

  • Wayne (Devon to Rosemont)

  • Glenwood (Bryn Mawr to Ridge)

  • Glenwood (Berwyn to Foster)

  • Glenwood (Catalpa to Balmoral)

  • Glenlake (Sheridan to Kenmore)

Alleys:

  • Clark / Olive / Glenwood / Bryn Mawr

  • Winthrop / Thorndale / Kenmore / Ardmore

  • Winthrop / Glenlake / Kenmore / Thorndale

  • Kenmore / Rosemont / Sheridan / Granville

  • Broadway / Sheridan / Winthrop / Rosemont

  • Clark / Victoria / Ridge / Edgewater

We are aware that Sheridan Road between Bryn Mawr and Foster is in need of resurfacing. In 2026, DWM is planning on a water main replacement project on Sheridan Road. Once the water main project is complete, Sheridan Road will be resurfaced.
