CONSTRUCTION: Granville Closure & Detour

Construction for the Granvile Traffic Safety Project is scheduled to begin next week. Please be aware of a road closure on Granville just north of the Glenwood intersection where CDOT crews will be installing a raised crosswalk to help slow traffic near Northside Catholic Academy where many children walk to and from school. continuous north and south traffic will be maintained on Glenwood at this intersection. The official detour route (see map above) is as follows:

  • Eastbound traffic: Turn left off of Granville and go north on Clark, turn right to go east on Devon, turn right to go south on Broadway, turn left to go east on Granville

  • Westbound traffic: Turn right off of Granville to go north on Broadway, turn left to go west on Devon, turn left to go south on Clark, turn right to go west on Granville. 

Construction on Granville is expected to last approximately 12 weeks, weather permitting. Click here for more details about this project.
