Please be advised of the following upcoming and ongoing construction in the ward:
New Public Seating on Bryn Mawr
Thanks to CDOT for installing these two new public seating arrangements on the northeast corner of Bryn Mawr and Broadway and the northwest corner or Bryn Mawr and Winthrop!
RPM Extended Road and Alley Closures
The following roads and alleys in the ward will be closed due to the Red and Purple Modernization (RPM) project:
SPECIAL NOTICE: BRYN MAWR EXTENDED WESTBOUND LANE CLOSURE
CTA has begun street/sewer reconstruction, and station utility connection work on the west side of Bryn Mawr between Broadway and Winthrop. Westbound lane closures on this stretch of Bryn Mawr are expected to continue through Saturday, December 14. Read a full list of impacts here.

Roughly 11 short-term daily closures expected within the above date range
Extended Alley Closures
Alley east of 5239 - 5259 N Broadway
Wednesday, October 23 - Thursday, October 31

Tuesday, October 29 - Saturday, November 23
Work Activity: Alley Reconstruction
