During our recent Infrastructure Town Hall, we gave an overview of streets that will be resurfaced and alleys that are due for repaving and other improvements in 2024/2025. See an interactive map of these projects here. Click on individual streets and alleys for work details and timelines.

Upcoming Park Improvement Projects

We're excited to see many improvements coming to our 48th ward parks this year and next! Having secured funds for trail repaving and a new playground soft surface at Margate Park, our office is now working on funding a Cochran Park redesign, drainage and sidewalk improvements at the Bryn Mawr dog-friendly area, and a Nature Playspace at Senn Playground.
