Construction Updates: April 17, 2024

Alley Resurfacing
Please be advised that alley resurfacing is set to begin on April 23 at the locations below. If your alley is on the list, you'll receive a notice from CDOT with more details about alley access:
N Marine Drive from W Margate to N McCutcheon Terrace
W Granville from W Glenlake to N Kenmore
N Kenmore from W Thorndale to W Ardmore
Alley Reconstruction on Hollywood, Bryn Mawr, Glenwood, & Wayne
This additional project is set to begin on April 22. Due to the nature of the construction (sewer upgrades & excavation), neighbors will not have access to their alleys and subsequent garages for up to 5 weeks.
CDOT has also informed the neighbors that during construction:
Residential garage pickups will be curbside, so homeowners are asked to relocate their bins to the front of the property.
Individuals with private refuse are advised to contact your service to make special arrangements for pickup.
Barricades will block all entrances to the alley.
Homeowners are advised to seek alternative parking.
