Apply to be a Student Election Judge

For more than a decade, the Chicago Board of Elections and Mikva Challenge have teamed up to provide one of the most robust student election judge programs in the country. Through this program, high school students can learn about the voting process and serve as election judges at polling places across the city each Election Day. Students, like adults, are paid for their training and Election Day work, and for elections that fall during a school day, students receive a full-day excused absence per Illinois law if the day isn’t already a school holiday.
