Construction Updates: March 14, 2024

Neighbors, please be advised of the following construction updates in our ward:

The Department of Water Management (CDWM) is working on the sewers from 5718 - 5635 N Ridge. They're expected to complete this work by August of 2024.

Through the Community Investment Program (CIC), there will be continuous work to be done alongside Foster, from Sheridan - Marine. Construction will include: replacement of the main sidewalk, a driveway apron, and curb & gutter work on the north side of Foster between Sheridan and Marine. This project is set to be completed in late August, 2024.
