The Zoning Advisory Council is set to meet with the developers at 5920 N Ridge (The Mabel) and assess their zoning change request to allow them to reconvert the first floor into 17 housing units, with at least 3 ARO units. The meeting is set for March 12, 2024 at 7pm.
