6320 N Broadway (Bakeree Dispensary): Community Meeting for Special Use Permit

OnThursday, February 20, Anna Shreeve and the Bakeree team held a community meeting at St. Gertrude to discuss plans for their dispensary in development at 6320 N Broadway. The alderwoman approved Bakeree's initial zoning change request from B3-1 to C1-1 on September 19, 2024 following a public feedback period. This February 20 community meeting was a mandatory part of the process for Bakeree to secure a special use permit, which they must secure if they wish to sell cannabis on site.
